In The Clouds Records.... buy with confidence.

Just wanted to drop in to give In The Clouds Records some well deserved praise. I ordered a deluxe preorder package from them and before the items shipped, my address changed. I had contacted them about it, and they responded immediately. A month or so later I woke up to a shipment notification and I had just vacated the property it was on it's way to. I realized I had not informed ITC Records that I did in fact need to update my address and I went into a bit of a panic haha. I emailed them immediately and got a response right away. The owner even included his phone number and I spoke to him directly to get the issue resolved. I have never dealt with a more professional business, let alone vinyl-only label. Aside from this, these dudes know how to do vinyl justice. If you haven't seen the picture of the Happy Body Slow Brian bundles they just posted on their FB, make sure you check them out. They also did that super cool Gay Blades pop up vinyl release. Anyway, I took the time to write this because this label takes the time to do things right, and we need more of that in this community (I'm looking at you RJ.) I ordered 3 color versions, the yellow KR, and the 180 gram black! fingers crossed that they don't ship me any duplicate colors!
