My only test pressing is the 12" single of the pulled Revolting Cocks cover of Olivia Newton-John's "Physical".  Really a shame that the best version never made it to their Beers, Steers & Queers album.

Each record is a one-off original (one copy). I did the art/design...modeled after the original CD release and formatted it for vinyl. I used promo CDs from the same era for the demos, unreleased tracks and outtakes.Therese we cut in stereo by Twin Hill Studio on 180 gr. vinyl, I'll post more photos and detailed descriptions on my site: Lathe Junkie   (https://www.facebook.com/groups/lathe.junkie/) when I can.

Lathes DO NOT sound like crap IF you go to the right lathe cutter who has the experience and right tools.  I have 20 different lathes in my vinyl collection and each one sounds good to excellent.  NOT ONE of my lathes I've listened to and think...this needs a recut.  I fully back Audio Geography and Twin Hill for making great, Hi-fidelity stereo lathes.

Rumbleseat "Demonstration" LP with unreleased songs and demos found as Hidden tracks on  the...is dead CD.  Crustaceans was a Gainesville band that featured Samantha Jones (Rumbleseat, Bitchin', vanbuilderass).

Here’s a collection of one-off 10" & LP lathe cut records I had made (under The Gristlejaw Pressing Co. moniker). They were a Christmas present from my wife (even though I was the one spending many, many hours on making sure the music was spot on and creating/retrofitting the artwork for the covers, center labels and the inserts -- She just gave the ok to spend the $).  It was definitely a blast going through the process of having these lathe-cuts made and definitely rewarding opening the package and spinning each one for the first time. Having properly printed jackets with full color art and custom matrix etchings really completes the package for me.
I’ve read on here people knocking lathe cuts, but my experience with these particular records cut by Walt Hill and Jonathan Berlin at (local FL-based) Twin Hill Studios was nothing short of positive.  The sound quality is that of a normally pressed record except for a little higher surface noise that could only be heard in the lead-in/-out grooves and during really quiet parts.  The recordings: A few were from my old label that was only released on CD. The others are demos or unreleased recordings from local bands that I love and that are 10 years old or older (with no vinyl release in sight). The Bridgeburne_r songs were released on a German label as CD only.

Finally snagged this one after years and years of searching. Released over 20 years ago in limited quantities, legend has it that 500 copies were made but in 1992 Hurricane Andrew wiped out their warehouse where these LPs were stored. 100 were completely destroyed, and 150 were left badly warped. Most of the copies that were ever in circulation went to radio stations sent by the band.  So happy i found this very nice copy for a really decent price.
