I keep thinking I hear a lead riff from "Coffee Eyes" in "I Just Want To Sell Out My Funeral".. Pretty cool. I've listened to the record probably 6 or 7 times now. It's definitely not as catchy as Suburbia (at this point anyway, obviously I don't know the words that well yet) but I feel like it has a lot more depth to it + the production is top notch. I'm pretty happy with this effort, very excited to hear it on my turntable.

Could anyone grab me The Hold Steady 7"? I'm not going to be able to make it out to my RSD, it's not even very likely we will get that specific release anyway. I'd really appreciate it!

I like this record after listening to it a few times. Although I wasn't really a big fan of "pop-punk" Transit so I could see how some people are thrown off by this.

I'm not sure why, but I didn't really have intentions of buying this until I read this post. I really loved United By Fate and seeing that I could buy this directly from the band was kind of like a "oh yeah" moment to me and kind of kicked me into picking this up. I haven't listened to the lost record in years now but it will be nice to hear it all polished up properly and what not. Thanks for that.
