Haven't gotten the red vinyl I ordered a month ago or so, but when looking at the CD I got from the kickstarter, I noticed that it's DBP004. Interesting they would use a different catalog number for the vinyl and CD releases.

I was wondering that too, but forgot to look into it.

Check your tracking numbers, they are the same.

I've been trying to come up with something worse than this and the only thing I came up with was a 5" boxset where you had to flip to the b-side mid-song.

My guess would be EST, as they are based out of Nashville, but just a guess.

Do you listen to vinyl because it sounds worse then? Maybe you need to update that Crosley.

I remember really liking the 1st and 3rd books the whole way through, but struggling through the 2nd one at first but then really getting into it. I think it was mostly because of the focus not being on Atrus like in the other two but instead on his father. Might have to re-read these and figure out a way to play the old games or get them through steam or something of the like.

Was on the fence about this and wanted to hear the album first. Got the download yesterday for being a kickstarter backer and ordered it after my first listen. Have played it through 5-6 times since then, really digging the sound, especially on the opener and closer, some nice piano on both of those.

I caught that tour in Minnesota, went primarily to see Thrice and mewithoutYou, though. I was aware of some of the stuff from TDAGARIM because of some friends, but wasn't really a fan at the time, but have started to really dig their stuff the last couple of years though. Kinda sucks to not know what you are missing at the time, as I stayed for Brand New's whole set but didn't many of their songs.

Played the first 3 games, never got into URU. Really liked Exile, seemed more logical than just the sheer and utter difficulty of the first two. Backed this and really looking forward to following the progress over the next couple of years. Let's just hope to avoid a double fine type fiasco, but not especially worried about that. Anybody else read the three companion books that went along with the Myst universe?

White and black would seem appropriate for a split, but I would personally prefer one disc of each color, as I'm just not aesthetically a fan of splits for the most part. Or maybe red and white too.

Good to know, I forgot about that single track on the end of the album, I deleted it from my Spotify playlist of the album thinking it was redundant when the album first came out.

Anyone else notice that most of the vinyl tracks have extended outros as compared to the digital tracks? I don't know about the CD edition, but the Spotify and iTunes tracks are both shortened. Nice addition to the vinyl edition.

Yeah same for me, most of the time I can see it coming with bands, or they just start sucking and I don't really care anymore. There is something to be said about quitting while still maintaining relevancy, but yeah it still sucks. Hard to imagine Josh quitting music altogether, maybe he's planning on doing more with A Rose of Any Other Name?

Depends on how large of a city you live in and what part you live in. Downtown of any sized city is going to be good, but the bigger the easier more than likely though too. I live in a town of 175,000 and there are only a few areas outside of downtown where you can do much by just walking. You can submit new portals too, but sounds like it takes about a month for them to get added.

Anybody here play? I've had an account for a while but never got into, but I met a guy recently who does all the time and I've really been interested now after going out with him the other day.
