Buy that shit for the content. Then if said record for whatver reason becomes really sought after: SCORE! Other wise you still have something to play with once you get old and tired.
It has always been like that, always will be. It's the market and its fluctuations that makes a record 'rare', not a sticker that says limited or variants.

Stop buying into the bullshit hype of of "collecting" and buy records that you want to listen to.

Record labels are in the business of manufacturing and selling records. HOW DARE THEY keep them in print and selling them, allowing them to make more records and (hopefully) pay a royalty to the artists. 
 
This thread is one of the most ridiculous I've read in awhile. If you are buying records for any other reason other than your love of music then you are a fucking moron. The entire purpose of records (at least ones not filled with water or jack white's pubes in some stupid gimmick) is to PLAY THEM TO HEAR THE MUSIC. If you want to collect things solely as an investment then buy stocks.

I will not be buying from this labels website anymore. I feel like they're more about hyping the Burger Records name as a brand as opposed to actual decent customer service. I feel bad about the bands on this label. They probably have no clue their fans are having to wait months at a time before their copy of the music the band makes gets to them.

I got the Tommorrow's Tulips record, its great! If these came with download codes I'd hook you up. Or ask Sean for the mp3s in the time being. He sent out mp3s to those that ordered The Garden LP cause there's a minor skip so it's getting repressed. So he might have mp3s for Tomorrow's Tulips. Hope it works out for you!

Not responding to the dispute is a good thing. I'm fairly certain that if the seller doesn't respond, you win the dispute.

Ordered the UK version a few weeks ago from Amazon.ca because I hadn't heard when it was going to be pressed here in the U.S. It's a great album. I also just bought a copy of Silent Alarm recently off of Ebay, as well, so I have all of the albums on vinyl now. Love this band.

Are you talking about In the Red? Because everything is ppd, $15 for a record shipped is pretty good considering most records by themselves are over $15.
