  1. Just posted a bunch of dupe variants for sale last night. I'm trying to pay off some bills and free up some (mostly) unplayed stuff that I'll likely not get a chance to listen to any time soon. Message me here if you're interested in anything I have for sale and I'll knock off 10% for the board. Feel free to make an offer on anything in my collection, too. I'm sure I'll be listing my Fall of Troy stuff, but need to inspect them since they weren't in with my dupes.
  2. In the 90s, Rob Haworth started hardcore bands such as INSIDE OUT and HARD STANCE – both together with is friend Zach de la Rocha who you know from being the singer in RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE – as well as FARSIDE and the amazing STATE OF THE NATION. SECOND LETTER is a new band Haworth started after a longer break from playing music. Peter Moffett (WOOL, BURNING AIRLINES, GOVERNMENT ISSUE) took place on the drum seat, and Jim Kimball (RETISONIC, J MAJESTY) plays the bass guitar. "Cicatrix" is not a hardcore record though. It brings you super relaxed, melodic rock music, located somewhere between punk, indierock and alternative country. Fans of bands such as SOCIAL DISTORTION, SAMIAM or CHAMBERLAIN should definiftely have a listen. The album artwork has been designed by John Yates, who has created beautiful artworks for many great bands such as BAD RELIGION, DEAD KENNEDYS, ALKALINE TRIO, JAWBRAKER, REPORT SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY, TOMAHAWK, THE PROMISE RING, ANTI FLAG, and LIFETIME. SECOND LETTER‘s debut album "Cicatrix" is going to be released on Arctic Rodeo Recordings on May 11 2018. The record will be out on colored vinyl LP, including an MP3 download card. The record is now available for pre-order at the Arctic Rodeo webstore. The artist Alexander Hanke has created an amazing design for the limited Zum Heimathafen Art Series. It will be limited to 200 copies, screeprinted by hand, and come together with en exclusive pressing of the LP on silver/gold mixed vinyl. The standard version is pressed on red vinyl. You can place your pre-orders here: SECOND LETTER – "Cicatrix" – Zum Heimathafen Art Series edition – LP on silver/gold mixed vinyl + MP3 card + handmade screenprint SECOND LETTER – "Cicatrix" – standard edition – LP on red vinyl + MP3 card
  3. REPORT SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY are back together again for an important and serious cause: Vic Bondi (Articles of Faith, Jones Very and Alloy, Dead Ending), J Robbins (Jawbox, Burning Airlines, Government Issue, Channels, Office of Future Plans, Camorra), Erik Denno (Kerosene 454, Oswego) and Darren Zentek (Kerosene 454, Channels, Office of Future Plans, Oswego) are here to make a difference. REPORT SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY started with George W. Bush. Vic Bondi had more or less quit music. For five years he had kept a low profile, working in software and raising a family. And then there were the hanging chads and the Supreme Court appointed Bush, and Bondi's muse, reliably political, asserted itself. He'd been friends with J Robbins of Jawbox and Government Issue fame, and sent him demos for a solo record that J would produce; J liked them enough that he signed on to play bass and recruited erstwhile Channels bandmate Darren Zentek to play drums. The end product, REPORT SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY, was better than the sum of the parts and a step up from the demos, so they recruited Darren's Kerosene 454 bandmate, Erik Denno, and make it official: REPORT SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY was a band. They had three lead singers. They had a brutal rhythm section. They had complex and dynamic post-hardcore guitars. They sang about what was happening. They played the hell live. Two albums, and one EP later, they put the project on pause. Vic and Erik both moved from New York--Vic to Seattle and Erik to LA--and the logistics of working with J and Darren, both Baltimore residents, made it difficult to continue. And then Trump won the Electoral College. Darren called Vic two days after the election. And J. and Erik. Vic and J wrote new songs. Three months after the election they were back in the studio and tracking. The result? -- Ten tracks smack in the middle of today. About huge moving things, mostly unseen. Relentless. Leviathan. Out December 15 on LP and digital. "Leviathan" will be out December 15 on vinyl and digital. The standard edition of 300 copies will be available on white vinyl, our limited collector’s Zum Heimathafen Art Series edition will be pressed on gold/orange marbled vinyl and come with an exclusive handmade screenprint, limited to 200 copies. All LPs have a download card and an insert included. The album is not up for preorder at http://arcticrodeorecordings.com/shop

As for the group’s mission, Katy Otto’s liner notes provide an accurate sense of the protest in CAMORRA‘s music. She writes, "We are a world starving for dignity, empathy, and justice. In order to keep working for these things, our souls need to be shored up. The plaintive songs on this album beg for that, for all of us." 10. We at Arctic Rodeo normally do not sell test pressings. After having done this once or twice in the past – at normal prices after people had asked us for a copy for their personal record collection – and realizing that it does not feel right to make money by selling a white labeled record which is actually not made for being sold, we stopped doing this and have never done it again. We have been asked for test pressings very often during the past years, and people offered us a lot of money which we did not accept. You may now please spend your money for purchasing those test pressings for a good cause. We are even kindly asking you to do so and support our idea. Intending to raise money for typhoon victims in the Philippines, we have started charity auctions at ebay where we are selling vinyl test pressings of several records we have released on Arctic Rodeo. We will donate all profit we will make with these auctions. The first auctions have started yesterday, more will be added later today. We are offering test pressings of records from artists such as Ox, Walter Schreifels (Youth Of Today, Gorilla Biscuits, Quicksand, Rival Schools, Walking Concert), Southerly, Jonathan Inc., I Is Another (feat. members of Rival Schools, Burn, Die 116, Far, New End Original, Onelinedrawing, Gratitude), Far, Adam Rubenstein (Split Lip, Chamberlain), I Hate Our Freedom (feat. members of Garrison, Texas Is The Reason, Thursday), Juta, Walking Concert (feat. members of Quicksand, Rival Schools, Bold), Burning Airlines (feat. members of Office Of Future Plans, Jawbox, Channels), Ian Love (Rival Schools, Burn, Die 116, I Is Another), Horace Pinker, Solea (feat. members of Texas Is The Reason, Samiam), Vs.Rome, Atlantic/Pacific (feat. members of Texas Is The Reason, House & Parish, Solea), Retisonic (feat. members of Bluetip, Swiz, Red Hare, Sweetbelly Freakdown, Garden Variety, J Majesty, Vs.Antelope), Vs.Antelope (feat. members of Texas Is The Reason, J Majesty, Retisonic), Matt Pryor (The Get Up Kids, The New Amsterdams), Jonah Matranga (Far, New End Original, Onelinedrawing, Gratitude, I Is Another), Ari Hest, Kevin Devine, Max & Laura Braun, Chamberlain, God Fires Man (feat. members of Bad Trip, Mind Over Matter, Bold, Into Another, Garrison, Errortype:11), Hoch/Tief, Dear Lions (feat.
