  1. I primarily buy second hand iTunes codes to build up my movie library these days as opposed to physical formats. I've been frequenting different boards where people post what they're selling/looking for but going through multiple pages of some forum looking for a specific movie in a specific format got a little tedious for me and I kinda wanted a better option, so I built one! The site is a place where you can buy and sell your digital movie codes of different formats to other users with a (hopefully) easy-to-use interface. Check it out if you're interested! https://kodala.codes It's completely free to use, no ads, and you only need a google login to be able to sign up. It's still in the early stages but I'm hoping to get a few users to beta test the current features and get feedback to add some new features. Let me know what you think!
  2. Apparently I suck at technology and am fed up and frustrated and at this point desperate for some help. My old MacBook from 2009 had all my music on it and was synced with my iphone. That piece of garbage barely worked and somehow I managed to sync my current iPhone 6 to it whenever I first got it. I finally bought a new computer this year (surface pro 4) so I would like to transfer what little music I have on this iPhone to my new computer before syncing it and erasing everything. If I have to I'll erase it and start over but I figured I'd check to see if anyone here has had any experience with this kind of thing. I've been using Spotify for the past few years just so I wouldn't have to deal with the hassle of downloading music on my piece of shit slow ass MacBook. I've looked into software like sharepod and similar programs but they all look sketchy AF and cost a lot of money. I also bought an external hard drive (when I got my new computer) to transfer my music from my old MacBook to my new computer but I couldn't get it to boot up. Oh well. If I'm better off erasing it and starting fresh let me know.
  3. This question's always bugged me! I use last.fm as much as possible, and obviously this excludes vinyl, but it bases listens to total song plays, not total length of all songs listened to. I wrote a little web app tonight that takes your iTunes library and finds out what artists you listen to most, by taking track length and multiplying it by play count. http://www.jacobraccuia.com/most_listened.php So if you use iTunes, check it out and post your most listened to artists! ( note: if you have a tooon of songs, it might time out. it worked fine for me at 6000 songs, god knows how it'd handle 40k ) here are mine: Total time spent listening to music: 292 days 2 hours 19 minutes 59 seconds Mogwai: 5228 total plays - 18 days 5 hours 39 minutes 5 seconds Okkervil River: 4992 total plays - 15 days 3 hours 5 minutes 50 seconds La Dispute: 4038 total plays - 11 days 7 minutes 29 seconds The Decemberists: 3164 total plays - 10 days 31 minutes 34 seconds Brand New: 3145 total plays - 9 days 5 hours 58 minutes 11 seconds The Flashbulb: 4638 total plays - 8 days 23 hours 45 minutes 27 seconds The Dear Hunter: 2509 total plays - 7 days 21 hours 41 minutes 29 seconds Manchester Orchestra: 2412 total plays - 7 days 53 minutes 17 seconds The Cat Empire: 2109 total plays - 6 days 16 hours 1 minutes 24 seconds Kevin Devine: 2249 total plays - 6 days 12 hours 47 minutes 29 seconds RX Bandits: 1998 total plays - 5 days 19 hours 1 minutes 52 seconds Hostage Calm: 2730 total plays - 5 days 13 hours 59 minutes 42 seconds Yanni: 1708 total plays - 5 days 5 hours 19 minutes 3 seconds Glassjaw: 1590 total plays - 4 days 20 hours 10 minutes 24 seconds All India Radio: 1635 total plays - 4 days 4 hours 9 minutes 10 seconds Make Do And Mend: 1719 total plays - 4 days 45 minutes 50 seconds Against Me!: 1920 total plays - 3 days 23 hours 13 minutes 50 seconds

  5. Are there any recommendable iOS apps available that amp up your iTunes music? Like a headphone amp app or DAC-type app?
