Someone posted this on one of the vinyl subreddits earlier - looks like Nonesuch records will be selling the Inside Llewyn Davis LP for $6 on Tuesday, Nov. 5 only. I have a test press of The Greatest Generation. I'm not a variant collector and I already have two other copies of this album and every single place that I went to get the Drive Soundtrack had just sold it before I got there. I've been trying to get this record for some time now and would trade this test press for it. If you aren't interested in trading, I would be willing to just pay out of pocket for it. Specifically looking for either the Picture Disc (Mondo) or Pink (Mondo) pressing from this past spring. But at this point, I'll take anything. Thanks!

The website for Upstream Color, a film I saw premiere at Sundance a few weeks back, has the LP soundtrack up for sale at $25 a pop. You can download it for free, but it's gorgeous and the film is incredible. Shane Carruth, the filmmaker (and composer in this case) is self releasing the film and doing all the promo, so the cash is likely ending up in his hands. Any collectors out there who have an extra copy of the Smoke variant? I ordered a copy from Mondo and got the Black variant but I'd rather have the Smoke.
