Hi, I recently acquired a sabbath bloody sabbath vinyl from a relative. I have done some research and not too sure what to believe. I have a gate fold copy of sabbath bloody sabbath. The matrix numbers are ACB00166 1Y and 2Y on the back. The previous matrix numbers (which most are familiar with) WWA 005 have been scratched out on both sides. Sources have led me to believe this is due to a change in production as they switched to Phillips WEA, thus the need to cross the old matrix numbers out was vital. No where on the entire album sleeve, or vinyl does it mention Rick Wakeman also. I have been led to believe this is an extremely early copy of the album, and are wondering what your thoughts are?
