I am having a pretty serious problem with my debut carbon, and cannot seem to find any Help or information from others with this issue. My table will not play records at normal speed when the platter is in place. I have tested the table with the platter off to make sure the issue is not with the belt or motor, and it is only when the platter is in place that the table has trouble getting to speed. It moves as if it cannot carry the weight of the platter, sluggish and slow or not at all. The pitch is either low or severely inconsistent. I have tried cleaning the table thoroughly numerous times, replacing the belt, and even got an acrylic platter. None of these have fixed the problem. Someone please Help me figure this out!

I have a Debut III turntable, Art DJ Pre Amp and a set of standard speakers. For what ever reason the left channel cable that comes from the turntable to the pre amp keeps cutting off. I would plug it in and about a minute later the sound from the left speaker would cut off and won't come back until i unplug and plug the cable into the pre amp. Is there anyway I can replace this? I tried to find the parts online but I couldn't find them. I'm hoping someone would point me in the right direction. Thanks

Hey guys, This is more of a sales thread post, but I didn't want to put it in the sales thread since it isn't vinyl related. I ordered three copies of the Decibel "100 Best Death Metal Albums" Issue for me, my brother, and my friend and just found out today (a few weeks after I placed my order) that they ran out of stock, and cancelled that part of my order. If anyone has this issue and doesn't need/want their copy anymore, I will gladly pay retail for it (if it's still in good condition). Let me know!
