Hi all, I'm looking for a *edit, first press* purple version of Life of Leisure but am unsure of how to tell the color. Would someone be able to tell me how to tell the difference between each edition? For the first press, I know that some have a sticker saying "Limited Edition", but that that doesn't guarantee it's a purple version. Only 200 of 2000 were purple. I know the third pressing says "Purple Vinyl". I've tried looking on discogs, but it's confusing and hard to know which version is which. There's too many versions and they're all limited editions numbered from 2000. I can't really tell which is the 1st press, 2nd press, etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm selling my purple copy The Lawrence Arms - Buttsweat and Tears. Information about this copy: - I was the first owner of this - It has been played once or maybe twice on a Denver player in 2009, but never played since. (It resembles Crosley, and yes, I have since upgraded my player). - It has dust on it (never cleaned it) - It has a few light scratches, my guess is from lack of inner sleeve, which was the way it came - It has two deeper scratches on side A track 1. Don't know where it came from, noticed it the first time I played it, so my guess is manufacturing. - The glue on one side of the cover has let go, so it has opened. I guess it can be glued again, but I'll leave it to the new owner. So no, it's not mint, I know that, but there are the details. PM me questions or offers, or post offers in the thread. I will bump the thread with the current bid every 24 hours (I will not post fake bids, trust me). When no new offers come in I will close the thread and contact the highest bidder. One of the first concerts my mom took me to was Stone Temple Pilots in San Jose CA back in 99, in fact my mom and Scott were born in the same hospital, Anyways my moms pretty heartbroken about Scott's death and I'd love to get her Core or Purple on wax for Christmas. Just putting this up to see if anyone is interested in my TDWP purple vinyl /900. Apparently it's actually very rare as they only did one pressing of it one was purple /900 and another was mint green /1000 so PM some offers of interested.
