  2. OCS - Memory of a Cut Off Head (November 17) Another album, another name change. Back to basics? I like the sound of this folkiness and I suspect it would entirely be this hushed. 4. So I was lucky enough to grab the King Gizzard "Quarters" and Thee Oh Sees "Mutilator" colored presses before they sold out, but I couldn't help myself from wondering about the new John Dwyer album "Cold Hot Plumbs", being released under his Damaged Bug moniker, released June 6th (as far as I can tell) Then today I noticed this: http://www.castlefacerecords.com/products/damaged-bug-cold-hot-plumbs WTF? Did I miss the pre-order and didn't even realize it? I guess people at gigs have been finding them at the merch booth and there's a few pictures of them on instagram, but I haven't seen anything about a colored variant yet. Did anyone catch the pre-order for this, if it ever went up? Did you see a variant listed? I even emailed Castleface a wordy message asking about variants and if I could order from them directly, and received a four-word (and not exactly helpful) response almost instantly from Matt:
  5. This is a set sale. If you want to play the “make offer” guessing game, please make sure your offer is more than the asking price . I am only shipping to the U.S. at this time. Some titles are bundled together at a discount for you. I want to get rid of as many of these records as I can. I’m not desperate for cash, I just want the room, so don’t write me with some lowball offer. Also, not looking for trades at the moment unless you have some rare stoner/doom. This is a first paid, first sold deal. Please be ready to pay if you PM me and want the record. Flakes suck. Thanks for understanding. These prices do not include shipping. Shipping via USPS Media Mail with tracking is $4 per record and an additional $1 per record. Insurance is an extra $2.50 and may be required for larger orders, so we are both covered. Sorry, ONLY SHIPPING TO Continental U.S. locations at this time. PM me with your wants and any questions. Here is the first batch with more to come: SALE CLOSED DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE Sorry, ONLY SHIPPING TO Continental U.S. locations at this time. PM me with your wants and any questions.

  8. Keep your eyes out for this one. http://pitchfork.com/news/53498-thee-oh-sees-john-dwyer-announces-solo-lp-as-damaged-bug-shares-eggs-at-night/ Supposedly Thee Oh Sees will release an album in the Spring but definitely John Dwyer's project, "Damaged Bug" will have material sooner rather later.
  9. 14. Before Thee Oh Sees, before Coachwhips, Yikes, The Hospitals, our pal John Dwyer was the Pink to Jeff Rosenberg's Brown and from 1998 to 2003 they were the crustily-costumed noise terrorists Pink and Brown. We've collected their entire oeuvre for you to ooze over, from their first Final Foods, to their split with Death Drug and their final, posthumous LP Shame Fantasy II, both originally released on Load Records, lovingly committed to double LP in a handsome gatefold sleeve. 200 copies were done on pink and brown vinyl and those lucky bastards who act fast will enjoy the sickening sounds of an unreleased track "Puddles of Acid Pt. 3", on a flexi disc along with said copies. You can purchase it here for that special someone. ENJOY!
  15. Limited tp 1000 copies on banana yellow vinyl. 750 from here - http://www.castlefacerecords.com/products/the-velvet-underground-nico-by-castle-face-and-friends the rest available on tour.
