After the worldwide release of SKELETON KEY's latest album "Gravity is The Enemy" in 2012, we are very proud to announce the vinyl re-issue of the band's previous album "Obtainium" to be released on our label Arctic Rodeo Recordings this summer. "Obtainium" has been out on Ipecac Records back in 2002 and will be out on vinyl for the first time. SKELETON KEY have done a lot of touring together with bands such as The Melvins, The Jesus Lizard, Primus and Tomahawk back then. 3. From their Facebook: What’s for dinner? M.E.A.T.! Looking for more Tomahawk to feed the belly? Fret no more hungry people. Turns out there are two extra tracks from their Oddfellows release, begging to see the light of day! Tomahawk (Duane Denison, Mike Patton, John Stanier, Trevor Dunn) released Oddfellows, their first album in six years, in late January of 2013 with the album landing in the Billboard Top 100 and hitting #2 on the magazine's Hard Music chart as well as #9 on the Indie chart. "M.E.A.T." will be released as a limited edition 7" on May 13th. The digital release is set for June 4. The only M.E.A.T. vegans can enjoy!
  4. In regard to the forthcoming Oddfellows record release in January '13: For fans hoping to get a taste of what’s in store before next year, Tomahawk plans to release a 7-inch single titled ‘Waratorium’ [stone Letter] that will be available on Nov. 23 as part of a Record Store Day’s Black Friday event. The special offering will feature an original etching by cartoonist Ivan Brunetti on the b-side making it quite a collectible. The digital release will follow a week later. http://loudwire.com/...isc-oddfellows/ http://consequenceof...ore-day-single/ Obviously, no pre-order is available due to being a RSD Black Friday release but you can bet your ass I'll be all over the place to get that thing. As with the EtA set, this is showing up for pre-order online: http://www.cdunivers...asp?pid=8812333 Psyched. The track has now been switched to "Stone Letter."
