The Doctor Posted July 27, 2014 Share Posted July 27, 2014 Exciting news for anyone who's patient: Mr. Bungle FB page announced new items in the store and said that band-approved vinyl presses are coming in 2015. I'd rather just wait and not have any more half-assed versions of this album, missing songs, bad sq or whatever. I've waited this long. Well the Plain pressings sounded pretty awful, and now the MOV issues of Disco Violante is leaving off songs, I'm guessing so it can sound better. If the band is referring to something they plan to do as being "band-approved", then the MOV releases were probably just licensed by the label without consulting the band, which in most situations the label is within their rights to do.
