Isn't the signature more a memory or validation of going to the show and meeting the band members. Here's how I see this going down. Guy pulls out a record and shows his friend. Friend is like oh that is cool it's signed when did u get it signed. Oh I've actually never seen them live I just purchased it off a sweet message board. Friend is no longer impressed and says oh, well is there a certificate of authenticity. Guy says no, but the person that sold it to me told me they were legit.
