Whoooooooooooooa.... you haven't watched it before?

Nope, that's the best part of this and what's been so cool about being invited to join is that a good many of these I haven't seen before. I used to watch horror all the time but at some point I eskewed off into the land of endless documentaries and lost my taste for it. But this has reopened my eyes to the genre and given me at least two or three new favorites.

Oh man, I'm really excited for you. One of those flicks I'd love to erase from memory just to watch it new all over again.

Glad you were invited to join :D

Thank you for the invite sir! Yea, the trailer had me jumpy. I love movies that make me tense, fidgety, palms sweat, or squirmy... Creep had me uptight the entire time wondering when and what was going to happen

Once the madness starts, it's pretty much an hour or so of consistent intensity. The score is superb & adds a whole other layer of tension. & the lead is just all kinds of awesomeness (I prefer ladies kicking ass to dudes)

The violence is pretty brutal & bloody, but not overly graphic or particularly extreme. It's a hard R rating that could have been an NC-17 had they pushed the violence envelope a little more. It works though.... had it gone too far it probably would've taken a lot of viewers out of the film. It's pretty spot-on in how it handles the violence.

Edit: you'll understand the "looking for the magic" reference after you watch it. And it won't leave your head for days :D
