It doesnt make sense to buy one thing I usually put an order in for things including pre-orders and they ship/charge as they become available for no additional fee. I'd say the mailers do pretty good, but maybe 1 in 7 have a slight/significant corner bend. Their customer service is pretty good though, they will always pay for shipping back a damaged record. I have come to expect a slight damage/bent sleeve from them on occasion, and rarely return anything because of sleeve damage. I think the payoff is worth it when I figure how much these records cost from other sources. Just my two cents. From what I've read, if an item is on backorder, they'll leave your Discogs order sitting there with no update until they can fulfill it or until you complain and ask them to cancel the order. They will also send out incomplete orders without telling you or asking whether you'd still like to buy the in-stock items. They'll also send the wrong item occasionally (black vinyl instead of a limited edition, etc.). Thanks guys, I've ordered from ccmusic.com many times and never had an issue, but sometimes they took a while, that's why I thought I'd ask. First time from them on Discogs. Shot em an email and they said it looks like a problem with my payment which paypal shows went through.... Here we go lol EDIT: They sorted it out, but the main thing I wanted was "re-sold" apparently, as they said they didn't have it in stock (it was supposedly a Have Mercy - A Place Of Our Own Test Press), which I bought immediately after I saw it listed. Kinda shitty they would sell something that should already be flagged as purchased, since Discogs always said the payment was processed.
