There was a link in the email to a survey which can bag you a load of free stuff if you get lucky. Figured I'd mention it just because it gives everyone a platform to express their annoyance with the lack of dispatch confirmations. Don't want to steer the conversation to that subject again, but I thought that if enough people raise it as an issue, I should think they'll sort it out... Anyway, carry on! "Standard color" price vs "specialty color plus specialty configuration" at the pressing plant is probably a $3-5 difference in cost per unit.
