If I were djing out or whatever I'd probably like 7" more because it would be easier to transport them, I just don't want to pay however much for 2ish songs and have to flip after each song. To each their own, but that's why I don't like them. Sometimes if it's a really special song to me and it's not available on a full length I'll grab one. Sometimes I buy my "really special songs" on 7" just BECAUSE they are really special. It's just kind of a thing to me. But like a lot of people, I rarely play 7". My wife and I used random 45s from old jukeboxes as placecards for our wedding (music-themedish) and I have about seven wooden 7" crates that each hold around 100 7"s. That way you can keep it true(ish because rearranged) to your memory and not play side D OR play side D.
