Prekindle sent me a shipping address form, which had a line to leave the band a comment if I wanted my copy signed. I'm stoked about getting #13 too. Friggin sweet! The merch bundles that were sold through Prekindle never stated that the records would be "pre signed", as this was something that was not authorized by the band. I'm sorry to hear there was a misunderstanding. I've included a screen shot of the event page where your purchase was made, showing the bundles and their full descriptions of what was included.
