I don't believe negative feedback is warranted. People/Machines make mistakes. Am I bummed? Of course, but sometimes things are too good to be true. The way I see it is either the prices are real and the orders go through, or we have exposed a failure in their system and are helping them see what they need to fix. If Hastings weren't already one of the most unorganized major media retailers, I would agree. But having been a frequent customer of theirs for years now, both in-store and online, I can say they make these kinds of mistakes regularly. In my experience, this isn't some outlier event, this kind of thing happens constantly in-store.
