Black market recordings sounds quite shitty itself. So it's nothing to do with press. Spinning my gold copy, Yes, hi-gain guitars sounds like shit(they did sound bad in original so nothing changed). But I prefer this master over the first one(Molko's voice equalized much better in tracks). They coud've add a little more bass compared to original master in it thou. My only complain. Because it ruins series of pretty cool "pocket alike" gatefolds.
