I thought I read somewhere that it was due to a lawsuit with the photographer of the back of the original jacket. I remember something about them not wanting their concept being replicated, which delayed the release of the standard version. I haven't seen a copy of the new standard release, but I've heard the back of the jacket features a different image. Plus, I don't think they've started pressing anything at their in-house plant.
