Mumford and Sons - Wilder Mind

Recommended Posts

Is the generic one poly lined? I've had a couple albums recently come with a printed sleeve but the actual disk came in a poly lined generic sleeve. It's actually a good thing because printed sleeves tend to be pretty rough on records.

Yes, it's poly lined and I was thinking the same exact thing. I'll keep the printed sleeve but leave it in the white one. Thanks for the response.

I listened a few times, but the review is spot on. It's not that it's a "rock" album, it's just that the songs are not there,

they are trying to hard to be something they are not. Believe is a solid track but for the most part this is not getting my money.

I honestly feel like they didn't try hard enough here. I really like "The Wolf" & "Snake Eyes", but I feel like there are a lot of other strong ideas that just never develop into anything. It's just very "meh". I hope there aren't b-sides to this album because I can't imagine how dull those songs might be.

Now, in saying all of that, I bet a lot of this stuff would sound really good live mixed into their whole catalogue. But as an album, I don't see myself revisiting too many times unless something clicks & it grows on me considerably.
