When the DHL driver rocked up with 5 boxes (my order, plus the other 4), I was thinking "What the fuck?!" Did I win some lucky dip for RSD that I wasn't aware was happening? scottheisel Posted April 20, 2015 Share Posted April 20, 2015 My recent order got returned to them because somehow my shipping address got chopped off after the house number when I placed an order (even though my billing address was the exact same address and was not cut off). Kinda bummed no one on their end caught it before it mailed out, because now I have to pay for shipping a second time just to get my records. They're going to reimburse me the postage costs, but I hate to think how much its going to cost! That's the good news.
