mcpherson123
Another Leitmotif pressing would be greatly appreciated Seriously. Both of the first two albums could easily sell out another 500 to 1000 copies by flippers alone but at least it would give actual fans a chance to pick one up again direct from the band. Vega
I'm hoping for a 2LP 45rpm as well! Nice gatefold and added to that maybe something cool like they did with the 7" Booklet from El Cielo. They could include the 12 Artworks to each song that were released as part of the treasure hunt in 2005, would love to see that

tedwards__21391
let's hope they announce the preorder date because I dont want to miss it! Exactly! Those El Cielo's sold out super fast when they were pressed in 2012, I missed out and had to grab it on eBay for $90!
firefoxUSSR
Sold my copy of Leitmotif, never bought El Cielo (have SACD), but holy shit if this isn't exciting. Still have Pariah and my Buy Eyes single of course.
Kyte30351
Can't wait to add this to the rest of their vinyl catalogue on my shelf! Don't count on any b-sides, though havin' "Stone by Stone" on wax with the rest would be clutch.
ntslash
Ya know, even if I bought 10 with the intention of flipping 9, I wouldn't be able to sell any once they arrived. This has been one of my all-time favorite albums since it was released. I will surely wear out a copy within a month. Maybe this will be a numbered edition that actually gets numbered this time. Although I kind of like seeing that blank out of 500 box on my copy of Leitmotif.
amnstypls
Anyone seen any updates on this?
mcpherson123
The album originally came out in early June of 2005 so I was hoping it would be available to at least pre-order by now. I guess we'll see.
gumbercules
It was June 21, 2005, so maybe that's what they are waiting for.
mcpherson123
Oh. Maybe they are. I could have sworn it was early June. Either way. I got my copy a couple days early because there is a record store not far from me that would put things out early from time to time.

mcpherson123
This is the only Dredg record I like. Does that make me a bad person? Yes. Die now. I would say this record was the beginning of their fall. They're not a bad band by any means and watching them play live is amazing because they have so much spirit and love for their music but the first two albums are really where they shine and this one was very good but the lackluster followups to this album make it apparent more that this album began where they went "wrong" for lack of a better term. I don't know. I just can't really get into Pariah and I can barely even begin listening to Chuckles. CWA has some of the greatest songs they'd ever written but the way they sort of colored the production made it seem like they were trying to polish it up to be radio-friendly. That could be mostly on the producer or label but when I heard most of the great songs from this album live in the years leading up to its release I was absolutely blown away only to be somewhat let down by how much over-production went on the studio versions. I hate to say anything negative about them because they really are responsible for some amazing music and always kill it live but that's just how I feel about their later albums. I definitely don't want them to just repeat themselves with every album but I'm not to keen on a lot of the decisions they made with the last two. ddoherty
About freaking time. Now if I can only catch El Cielo for less than $200. The wife said she bought me one for my birthday when they were released... She no longer buys me vinyl...
vialister
This is the only Dredg record I like. Does that make me a bad person? Same, but I love this record. Can't get away with anything since this really. Stoked I'll be able to get my hands on it (hopefully).
