Little jimmy little that gets railroaded by his label and then beat up when the label gets sold. The wife that has to deal with her husband going off the rails, although she will lose sympathy when she cheats on him. The secretary that finds the band but doesn't get promoted and will have to deal with the singer of nasty bitz overdosing. The main character that clearly has interpersonal conflicts involving family and his career. Am I going to cry over anyone yet? No, but it has the potential for strong character development that may take an entire season to truly develop.
