I got one of those Zero Dust sticky stylus cleaners and it works great but, under a magnifying glass, I see a bunch of lint and small fibers tied around the area where the stylus connects to the cantilever. It doesn't come off with the Zero Dust because its literally tied like a ball around the end of the cantilever that connects to the needle. It doesn't touch the needle or seem to affect the play of the turntable BUT just curious if there is a safe/easy way to get rid of that unsightly fiber/hair/lint buildup. Thanks, dawgs. From the looks of it, it's like knotted around the tip of the cantilever, as opposed to loose lint that gets snagged but comes off with the magic eraser/other stylus cleaning tools. If you have a stylus brush, and you trust your steady hand, then you could try to get it off, but I would be very careful.
