The reason you get a price discount is because you agree to get a random mix of records that you can't choose and the label are likely losing money on. He was saying that you shouldn't have received records missing components. The reason you got them for a low price was due to the mystery not because they were missing covers/inserts. It's definitely kind of lame. If they knew they were going to send stuff like that out it should have been noted on the product page. I know first world problems but when 2/5 of my order isint really complete its kind of frustrating. I think i saw people in the last grab bag get a hot water music record with the record only but it was 6 of 5 records not part of it.
