I didn't hear anything back about my warped record, so I got in contact with Think Geek on Twitter and said that I just wanted a refund at this point (I'm really fed up with the whole thing) and they promised to get someone on the case. I just got this reply: (img) I can't believe it. They're offering me 1/4th what I paid for it ($118) My guess is that they're valuing a defective disc at $29.50? But that's insane. After all, you technically have 3/4 of a product which is perfectly acceptable, and working as it should. I guess they could argue that you'd need to return the whole thing for a refund.
