He sent me his Paypal three hours after I confirmed I was okay with a condition of the record, during which time I was at work. I paid when I got home around 1:45 AM, but he had sold the record to somebody else during that timeframe. I can understand if it was a full day or if he had reached out, but he has basically deleted conversations without apologizing or anything. I got a refund and I don't want to leave negative feedback... I just want to make everyone aware that he wants payment right then right there.
