I went with the Shure Sc35c, mostly because it was the best available locally.

One thing i did notice was that the metal screws caused a ground loop hum when using the preamp. It was confusing at first to find the hum, but luckily the local hardware store had nylon screws, for a cheap fix.

Looks like that's more of a DJ cart. I would just return that one and shell out the extra $60 to get the 120E if you just plan on listening to your records

 

DJ cart for sure. The tracking force on it is quite high.

That's because DJ carts and tables are meant to be used with a mixer which isn't always earth so they generally ground through the earth on the left channel. You can try just leaving the earth wire off but this will only work if your amps left channel is grounded.
