Well they do regularly take down all vinyl from the website during Hot Cash since they still haven't figured out how to run a sale excluding certain items. Since it seems like a ton of stores didn't understand the meaning of "in store only" this is likely the only way they could think of to put a stop to it. The messed up thing is my store did try to do it, but the system wouldn't let them. She told me the only way to do it would be to forcibly manipulate it which is against all the rules.
