vinyl addict Posted March 22, 2016 Author Share Posted March 22, 2016 The only sensible solution is to return this p.o.s. and find another preamp that isn't so susceptible to FM interference. I've also been told that some ferrite cable clamps should do the trick. I just don't feel I should have to use a "band-aid" to get a brand new preanp to sound right. allenh Posted March 22, 2016 Share Posted March 22, 2016 ferrite cable clamps or better still ferrite rings are a standard noise cancelling solution so I wouldn't dismiss it that quickly but I get the point that you don't want to keep fiddling with this thing and have no guarantees of success.
