Touché Amore - Stage Four 9/16/16

Recommended Posts

I'm so glad I decided to check VC today of all days. All of the variants (except the deluxe, which I didn't have much interest in anyway) were within a dollar of each other after all was said and done, so I went with the euro variant. Mostly because the vinyl most closely matched the album cover.

Which is a dumb reason, admittedly, but whatever. The album is gonna slay regardless.

That's an excellent reason if you ask me. Obviously the 180g black deluxe will likely sound the best, but at $30 more than the standard why not go for the one that is the most aesthetically pleasing?

A fair point, and exactly why I ordered the one that I did. I take everything back!

Not to make anyone upset, but I was just able to have media mail as an option for the deluxe on KRM US. Definitely wasn't showing up like that earlier. Got it for $63.17 shipped (still expensive but like $6 cheaper).

I paid the ridiculous shipping and mine came to $64.02?

Fun Fact: The standard US version (Trans Orange) is 26.65 USD shipped. The European variant is 25.49 USD shipped... to California.

It's literally cheaper to order the more limited variant from overseas than to take the standard one stateside.

Wish it worked both ways :). Ordering stuff from the States to Europe is a b*tch

Depends...

B9 shipping rates recently improved. Victory (yeah... I know...) has always had great shipping rates. I've ordered the ABR repress from merch now for $8.28 shipping.

Many European distros (Coretex, Percoro, Reflection) offer Revelation exclusives from the US.

Looks like KR has added some more shipping options for international. I now have First Class Intl -$48.95 or Fedex Mail $42.00. Nearly everything I've bought from the US is usually First Class Intl, can anyone tell me if Fedex will be ok? Save $7. For $92 US shipped that's like $130 Aus. Shiiit.

It costs $7 less to ship to Canadaland from the EU store than the american one.

LOGIC

It's because Germany (that's where the EU store is located) has very very cheap chipping rates for international deliveries whereas USPS (as we all know) is just a huge pain in the ass.
