Most labels ship their stuff out via USPS. USPS shipping rate is around $22 for one LP. There is no way around it. If merchnow or some other big company has found a special way to send stuff out for cheaper, has some sort of contract with a special mail forwarding business, or even pay a part of the international shipping cost out of their pocket, you just simply can not expect small labels to do the same.
