I haven't bought a record from Amazon in a long time, but for some reason felt compelled to do so this time around - maybe in case it turns out to be limited and I don't find one locally. CCMusic in the USA have it for pre-order. $24.88 plus shipping (there is a 25% off code for November - CCMNOV50) Also, it appears that no matter how much you spend, you never pay import duty (to the UK - not tested for Sweden). I don't know what they do, but I've bought an $80 boxed set from them in the past and it had no customs documentation on it at all and had a UK return address.
