There are a couple different variants.  The half bone/half beer splatter, the picture disc, and the half blue/half blue splatter.

If anyone can step into his shoes, it's Keeley Davis. Dude played with Jim in Sparta (ca. Threes) and was awesome in Engine Down and Denali as well. It does feel odd to not have Jim involved on this, but none of us know why he bowed out, and I'm guessing that Keeley had his blessing to take on his role.
