I've never listened to Thrice should I buy this?

Depends how intense of a whore collector you are.

For me, personally, its some of my least favorite work by them.

But I might get it anyways, because well, see above.
Also most people would probably disagree, as it is highly regarded material.

this and major/minor are my least favorite of theirs. This one is almost borderline country music to me at parts.

I'm praying this isn't the case. I can see that if it is bundled with the shirt, but I'm really hoping for $50-$60 as just vinyl. This and maybe some of the Bronx represses are the only things I'm getting this Black Friday. The Hobby!

I was excited about Bronx but that may have to wait now. See if any are available after ordering this.

Wasn't the original 60-65 when it was released? Pretty sure that'swhat i paid.

$50 new.

And since we're at this:

Alchemy > Beggars > Vheissu > To Be Everywhere Is To Be Nowhere > Major/Minor > Everything else

I don't get how anyone would think that Alchemy is at all country, Air & Earth kinda float between acoustic/folk/blues, but none of those three things are country.

Uh oh I started a avalanche. Minds as well keep it rolling.

(Order as my favorites, not necessarily 'best')

  1.  Vheissu
  2.  The Illusion Of Safety (by a slim margin)
  3.  Artist In The Ambulance
  4.  To Be Everywhere is to Be Nowhere
  5.  Identity Crisis (late in the list, but still awesome, love this album)
  6.  Beggars
  7.  Major/Minor
  8.  The Alchemy Index Vol. 1+2 : Fire and Water (A few standout tracks)
  9.  The Alchemy Index Vol. 3+4 : Air and Earth (Very little I enjoy on this album)

That was harder than I thought it would be. Those first five are really all fantastically good albums.
