A teaser for the new Courtney Barnett album 'Tell Me How You Really Feel'  has been released along with a secret 7" single of the lead single 'A Nameless, Faceless' to select independent stores in Australia. The single is due to be officially released on Thursday the 15th of February.

I emailed the label and yes select  indie stores around the world will get them...so I will start pestering mine now and hoping some come locally.

Whoops.

Didn’t follow her split because I’m not much of a KV fan, and the singles didn’t do a lot for me... but I still bump her last album now and then.  Especially on the road.

I remember when Pedestrian at Best was released as an early single and I thought she was going to burn the world down with a fuzzed out explosion of a record. It took me a while to warm up to what I initially viewed as 'cooler, more indie Sheryl Crow'. With time, I now dig the debut and prefer it to the early EPs so I'm curious where she goes with this one.
