lexicondevil
I really don't understand why you would go through the trouble of releasing a live record with only 4 of the songs from the show. It just seems like a waste of vinyl and a waste of money. I love Nick Cave, but easy pass. mondie and 2notepockets
mondie
Agree, would love to know the thinking behind the strategy of doing this. If it were worth it I would be buying, but for fours song, no. Edited July 14, 2018 by mondie

No one. tonyfranciosa
mikeburns
I feel like they missed the boat on this one. Why not just release the full live soundtrack to the movie? It had some killer renditions of the majority of his tour material. A nice current live record is what is missing in his catalogue and tied into the film this would have been perfect. Ah well. Pass for me as well.
aphasias
Didn't think it needed it's own thread, but Nick and Warren's score for The Proposition is getting a vinyl release on November 2nd (gold vinyl, gatefold sleeve via Mute/BMG) https://shop.nickcave.com/products/the-proposition-gold-vinyl-lp
