And yeah, it should be obvious, but I did forget to mention the part that if you’re selling outside of Discogs, you can reduce the price a bit to compensate for the chunk Discogs takes for themselves. I actually wrote a “common courtesy” guide for selling, buying, and trading on this sub-board, years back. Sort of like an unofficial guideline that was maybe a little sassy, but also informative with Do’s and Don’ts that I wish I had known when I joined VC. Quite a few people vouched for it and suggested that it get sticky’d, but a lot of people were offended and assumed I was just being a prick, and trying to lord over the boards. (I guess? Dunc Posted June 3, 2019 Share Posted June 3, 2019 I've gone back and forth with about four or five sets of offers and counter offers with one guy here and was shocked when we finally came to an agreement.
