bgdesign
Did anyone else get the cryptic postcard in the mail about this record? No band name just "Welcome to the Nothing" printed on it and part of the album cover. It was a terrible try at marketing. I only would hear that they were releasing yet another album year after year but I don't remember checking out more then just the lead single and I have not listened to one of their albums in its entire from 'see you on the other side' onward...but now I kind of want to since it looks like there are 7 albums to check out. Those first 4 albums were my shit (before I was corrupted by punk rock via skateboarding). As much as I loved the early stuff, I just could never go back to the band or this style of music. I'll drop in and check-out their new material every so often out of curiosity, but it's nothing I genuinely want to listen to (like I used). Same can be said for pop-punk bands I used to adore, like Sum 41 and New Found Glory (although with NFG I did actually like Coming Home and Not Without A Fight, everything else is kinda 'bleh' for me). SaulManella
Untouchables doesn't get enough love. It's a great record. After TALITM they just kind of nose dived and went into an identity crisis.

Even my last club night in Camden was 90% nu. It's as if 2003 was the year the music died unless you scour London for a more hipster establishment. However, so many people would have returned the album as “defective,” unfortunately....😜 Shitty Rambo
