Anybody else get a free copy of this on CD because they ordered tickets to see them over the summer? Mine came today.  Ticketmaster said they were going to send me a CD when it came out (they said the same thing when I bought The Who tickets and never did) and it actually came! Probably just sell it for $5 bucks or so on ebay and pick this record up when prices drop a little on discogs.

why does blink feel the PA sysmbol is needed to be printed on their artwork?...most physical releases these days totally avoid a PA at all and most re-issues also avoid it so I don't get why they want this PA symbol printed right on the artwork.

That was most likely Columbia’s decision.. most labels/bands leave it off, but Columbia is lame.  They should have just stuck a PA sticker on the shrink if they really felt the need.

Because children buy Blink records.

yes its almost unheard of these days.  I remember the used first album avoiding it then their compilation album and next 2 studio albums having it and then none having it after that.  so I just thought it was none and better off too, it ruins the artwork.  it should be a sticker on the shrinkwrap or at least of the back artwork next to the barcode if it really needs to be there.

At least there's no Parental Advisory on the LP artwork. I was wondering that though, they say "Shitty" once on here and one song title has "shit" in it and I think that's it for swears? Is it even a blink record if they don't say Fuck?

It’s definitely on my copy (US neon pink).  ‘Nine’ is actually tame for a blink record when it comes to ‘bad language’.  Major label shittyness.  They should have just labeled the clean copies.  You would also think the PA sticker/label would have been redesigned by now to something more transparent.

true I always thought it should be labeled clean lyrics instead of ruining artwork on the regular version or it should of just always been a sticker on the shrinkwrap or printed on the back of the case if it really needed to be there.

Yeah it's on the hot splatter LP sleeve.

Wow, I totally missed it on the front cover of my LP. It's def. there. Sorry for the misinformation.

I'll always remember peeling the $15.99! stickers off the shrink wrap and placing it over the parental advisory as a kid before asking my parents to buy me a CD. Worked like a charm.  I was anticipating the release date of Enema so hard and did the parental advisory price sticker trick and my mom takes one look at the porn star on the cover and goes "Are you sure this doesn't have a parental advisory?" I was terrified she wasn't going to let me get it. Good times.

I remember Enema originally didn't have a PA on it. I wanted to get it, but by the time I had enough money saved (I was 12), it had changed. I had to dig through all the copies and I found one without PA and my my mom let me buy it.

I never had any issue with PA stickers but my dad did freak out when I came home with Kerrang! magazine and it had a free sampler CD titled “The Devil’s Music” 😆 I’m pretty sure it had stuff like the get up kids and nofx on it. Hardly your satanist cult type stuff.
