Probably Pet Grief as its closer in sound to CTAS than their debut Lesser Matters, but if you like CTAS you should enjoy all their albums & EPs.

 

They are pretty much my favorite band so i cant recommend all their records highly enough

My first exposure to The Radio Dept. was  Lesser Matters and I cannot stress enough how much I love this album.  Pet Grief is good but Lesser Matters is incredible.  Happy listening....
