vivsavage
Man, the trailer is better than I expected. I just read the book and am super stoked now.
robotnerd
i have watched this trailer about 20 times now. based on this trailer i feel like at this point i can say that this has the potential to be the absolutely best comic book movie of all time. but considering watchmen is one of my favorite books of all time, i may be a little biased. vivsavage
^^ Yeah, I haven't been able to get into that many comic book movies but this may be an exception. Dr. Manhattan looks killer!
jacobe
is this a sequel to something?
andrew13
i have the full run. got it about 10 years ago, and didn't pay that much for it. probably the best comics purchase i've ever made, since the rest of the shit is worthless. (rising stars, ABC, new xmen, early knights stuff anyone?)
andrew13
ok not stoked on this. looks way to much like 300 at parts of the trailer.

boizee
I am a big, big fan ... and am getting very excited. Manhattan did look fucking rad. Entertainment Weekly is doing a big thing on the movie, here's the link: http://www.ew.com/ew/article/0,,20213273,00.html ...the only problem I had was on Page 5 where it says "Sure, there have been changes. The catastrophic climax is different."
murgorgoroth
I just watched this shit pile and... it looks fucking great. now I have to go unearth my TP (thats trade paperback not test press, this is a comic thread kinda) and scroll through that again all weekend.
