I mean, if he’s living a life long dream to record a song with her, I can’t hold that against him, but he HAS to know, his Sub Pop listen’ fans aren’t gonna put up with much of this cheesy major label bullshit. Anytime somebody leaves an indie label for a major label, I get worried. And I also have my doubts that he’ll ever create anything as great as Pony again.
