WB seemed to put minimal effort into this, that’s not something I really want to get behind... sure I would love that too but it's a major label - so ya know but White Pony has been pressed since that shitty Hot Topic silver variant in 2013 It may not be exactly what we wanted but it's also not a money grab (at least the $60 version)
[Banned User]
Gotta love that paper thin 140g. Arrives warped enough to be considered “pre-bowl-shaped”

I've seen the 2010 White Pony represses going for $40 on Discogs. If you're not really a "remix" guy, don't think spending those twenty extra clams is worth it. chrisapple and magickspells

I'm surprised this wasn't the way they went. It's pretty obvious, but it would've been a nice touch. chrisapple
drewberinger
that's totally fine all I'm saying is for fans who are into it or may just be super Deftones fans - $60 dollars for a major label "box set" that 4xLPs is not a bad price. feel free to spend the $40 on the 2010 press of White Pony that's totally reasonable as well. cautionthieves
So blown away that both versions contain the exact same pressing. Huge opportunity to do something really special and they completely missed it. Never picked up a copy of White Pony for whatever reason, and want the remix LP, so yeah, $60 is great.
vinyl addict
I'm gonna go ahead and order the 4LP through BM. I have a 2010 cut of WP, but I find it underwhelming. Anyone know if its been remastered for this release? If this one sounds better, i'll sell off the 2010, I don't sell many records though. Skacel
Must admit that super deluxe is a bit disappointing. Might grab the 4LP and 2CD separately.
seku
Let's make it cheap and sell expensive (we can call it deluxe!) - it's Deftones, it will sell anyway. Shame. Unfortunately, not only Deftones case, could be more majors' way of working (i.e capitalism). Compare some small labels' releases (180g colour vinyl, sturdy gatefold) vs Ohms on vinyl.. ehh. whoa
https://www.banquetrecords.com/deftones/white-pony-(20th-anniversary)/WPONY20 Indies exclusive appears to be an art print? Okay…
Deathbyart
Yea, my 2010 pressing is shit between warped and the labels on the wrong sides. So I am stoked.
JohnMatrix
No option to get this without the remixes? I don't give a shit about remixes
Fowty Dollaz
I'm going to wait until I can get this at a slight discount OR for some exclusive version. Seems like no reason to rush, but this is a definite buy (eventually).
Tewreal
Hmmm sold out on the Canadian site, figured this would be a big release with retail stores getting them?
fish
Am I the only one who wishes that I could just buy the remix album? Hoping the word "deluxe" on everything means that stand alone versions may get sold later.

bgdesign
As this Deftones album was originally released, you know a second version is coming with Back to School (Mini Maggit) added.
