The main actress also pulled off some decently disturbing scenes, but it is a slow burn that I’d say 85/100 modern people with decreased patience can’t stand. I actually really enjoyed the movie itself as well. Felt more like a “creepy coming of age” story than a full-blown horror, but there are for sure scenes that have stuck with me since seeing it.
