AdventureIsOutThere
Yes, I purchased. But why did I agree to spend $37 shipped for a single LP?
HardlineKid
I got the last splatter. I knew refreshing occasionally for the last hour would pay off....
MCDELTAT
I really don't want to buy this right now.... but I don't want to get stuck with a $37 black LP if I like this later. Also ships Summer 2023 while Digital is out next month/already leaked. Not a fan of this trend. Still waiting for Pono on vinyl, which was my summer jam.... last summer. MacDonals
I streamed the album 3-4 times when it accidentally dropped on Apple Music and it's damn good. Still, this is a hard sell for me. I know they are self-releasing, but $30 + shipping and arriving Summer 2023 is just tough...
xfactor675
Wonder why it being self-released, they didn't get the numbers hopeless were looking for or did they just dropped because of the accusations? Either way a thousand unit first press still available is very low for them but it could be the ridiculous pricetag Edited July 23, 2022 by xfactor675
Shitty Rambo
Can't imagine they're self releasing this due to nefarious reasons. A lot of bands try it at this point in their career. Record labels are really only good for young bands that need the capital or older bands who don't really care how well their latest album performs. MacDonals
These are finally shipping! I received my red copy today, and it looks and sounds fantastic.
sabukweli
Did they misspell “taking” on the back cover or are they crowning a new verb in honor of George Takei?
MacDonals
Honestly surprised that misspelling didn't get caught. It really stands out.
HardlineKid
I'm always so baffled by these mistakes. Does nobody look at this stuff? Same as spelling errors on lyric sheets, or you're/your, then/than misuses. I wonder if the artists write the lyrics down or does an intern just listen and put down what they think? If anyone has read the lyric sheet for TAYF, it's hilariously awful. I always assume musicians with even half decent lyrical talents to be highly literate. Maybe that's not the case and I'm holding them to a higher standard? Edited June 9, 2023 by HardlineKid

Maybe that's not the case and I'm holding them to a higher standard? I think Dylan uses your/you're totally wrong as I've seen him doing that on his socials multiple times... As non-native english speaker I obviously make mistakes, but these kinda errors bug me too. I don't understand why there isn't someone around the band and at least correct these on the sheet.
